Napoleon Bonaparte was born in Ajaccio, Corsica 1769. Fifteen months a native French citizen. Corsica was linked to Italy because Bonaparte have arrived during the 16th century. Napoleon's father as a member of the Corsican nobility, accepts a position in the French administration. Basically Napoleon is almost an Italian. Napoleon is the second son. At the age of sixteen, in 1985, he becomes a second lieutenant in an artillery regiment. In 1791 Napoleon becomes president of the local Jacobin club and duly fulminates against aristocrats and bishops which are his enemies. His first significant military engagement is at Toulon 1793.
